Managing all credit processes, minimizing credit risks, and optimizing cash flow in oil & gas projects and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and analyze the financial position of clients and suppliers for loan and credit approvals.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in compliance with company standards as well as national and international regulations.
• Manage credit risk and define credit limits for projects and contracts.
• Oversee collections and follow up on debts and overdue receivables.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and legal departments to resolve financial and credit disputes.
• Prepare management reports and analyze credit and receivables trends for senior leadership.
• Lead, train, and guide the credit team while developing systems for credit assessment and client monitoring.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in credit and financial management, preferably in the oil & gas industry or other large-scale project-based industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Language: Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.

• Solid knowledge of budgeting and financial structures within businesses.
• Expertise in identifying and managing business risks.
• Strong accounting and financial knowledge, including accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with banking issues, guarantees, and related regulations.
• Practical knowledge and experience in tax and insurance auditing.
• Familiarity with data analysis methods and tools.
