FP&A Manager

• Manage the monthly and year-end cost accounting closing activities, ensuring reliable figures and adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Drive the budgeting, financial forecasting, planning, and reporting cycle in alignment with the organization’s strategic and operational priorities.
• Monitor financial results through regular reporting, performance indicator tracking, and analysis of deviations from budget.
• Build and refine financial models and analytical tools to provide a sound basis for business decisions and operational improvements.
• Partner with relevant departments to review spending patterns, maintain cost discipline, and identify areas for greater cost efficiency.
• Translate financial data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations for senior management, contributing to sustainable growth and improved profitability.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools, strengthening data reliability and process effectiveness.
• Manage the annual external audit process and act as the main coordination point with external auditors, supporting the preparation and validation of financial statements.
• Organize and supervise the annual physical inventory count, ensuring proper coordination, reconciliation, and accuracy of stock records.
