Product Designer

About the Role
At Plaza Digital, we're looking for a UX-driven Product Designer who is passionate about understanding users, solving meaningful problems, and creating intuitive digital experiences.
We're building the next generation of our e-commerce platform, from customer-facing shopping journeys to complex internal systems.
We value designers who think beyond screens, challenge assumptions, and approach design as a problem-solving discipline.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, UX principles, and interaction design.
- Ability to understand user needs, business objectives, and translate complex problems into intuitive experiences.
- Solid knowledge of information architecture, usability heuristics, and user behavior.
- Experience creating user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to identify usability issues, simplify complex workflows, and explore alternative solutions.
- Familiarity with UX research methods, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to justify design decisions.
- Ability to independently own moderately complex design tasks.
- Proficiency in Figma and good visual design fundamentals.
- Attention to user scenarios, edge cases, and interaction states.

Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products.
- Experience designing complex workflows, admin panels, or B2B products.
- Familiarity with product analytics and conversion optimization.

- Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
