Hardware and Electronics Manager

Requirements

1. Experience:
   • At least 2 years of experience in managing a technological team, preferably in the hardware field.
   • Experience in embedded systems design is a plus.
2. Hardware and Communication Systems:
   • Strong knowledge of communication systems, including wired, DSL, fiber, and Ethernet.
   • Familiarity with communication components such as switches, routers, network appliances, Mini PC, SDH, E1 multiplexers, and multiplexers.
3. Hardware Architectures and Operating Systems:
   • Experience with hardware architectures and operating systems, including Linux, U-Boot, UEFI, ARM, microcontrollers, and MIPS.
4. PCB Design and Tools:
   • Proven experience in PCB board design and tools, including board design, layout, schematics, Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, Mentor, PADS, Xpedition, and EasyEDA.
5. Product Development:
   • Experience in managing the development of complete products, from concept to manufacturing, not just individual modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fields of encryption, security, cyber, self-developed network products, or telecom companies.

Fluent English is required.

Passport and ability to travel are required.
