Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma from a recognized Maritime Academy or University.

- Valid Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch Certificate of Competency, STCW A-II/2.

- Valid national Certificate of Competency with applicable Flag State endorsement/recognition.

- Valid Full Unlimited DP Operator Certificate issued by the Nautical Institute.

- Valid BOSIET/FOET (with HUET).

- Valid Seafarer Medical Fitness Certificate (STCW I/9).

- Valid Basic Safety Training (STCW A-VI/1).

- Valid Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (STCW A-VI/2-1).

- Valid Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF - Reg. VI/3).

- Valid Medical Care On Board (STCW A-VI/4-2).

- Valid GMDSS General Operator's Certificate (GOC) (GMDSS - Reg. IV/2).

- Valid Radar Navigation & ARPA (Management Level).

- Valid ECDIS: Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems.

- Valid Ship Security Officer (SSO - Reg. VI/5).

- Valid Bridge Resource Management (BRM).

Minimum Experience:
- Suitable DP2 Lift boat / Jack-Up Barge experience.
