DigiExpress is looking for an experienced Business Analytics & Insight Supervisor with strong expertise in business analytics, statistical modeling, SQL, and Python to transform complex data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
•Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
•Develop and evaluate forecasting, predictive, and statistical models to support business decisions.
•Identify and integrate relevant data sources to improve analytical capabilities and business performance.
•Design analytical experiments, assess business impact, and evaluate potential improvement opportunities.
•Develop scalable and reproducible analytical workflows using SQL and Python.
•Apply machine learning and AI techniques to improve predictive accuracy and business outcomes.
•Collaborate with Product, BI, Sales, Marketing, and other business teams to translate analytical findings into measurable results.
•Present analytical insights, business opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
•Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
•Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
•Experience with machine learning techniques and model evaluation.
•Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
•Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Experience in optimization techniques and operations research is a plus.
