DigiExpress is looking for an experienced BI & Reporting Senior Specialist with strong expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, data modeling, and KPI development to transform business needs into actionable insights, reliable dashboards, and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Product, Customer Experience, and Data teams to identify and prioritize business reporting and analytical needs.
Translate business requirements into measurable KPIs, reporting specifications, and actionable dashboards.
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
Standardize KPI definitions, reporting logic, and metrics to ensure consistency and accuracy across teams.
Validate data quality, investigate reporting discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data issues.
Analyze business performance, identify trends and deviations, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support self-service analytics through documentation, stakeholder training, and dashboard adoption.
Prioritize BI and reporting requests based on business impact, urgency, and feasibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge of Python.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Solid understanding of KPI design, business metrics, reporting logic, and data quality validation.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate complex data into clear business insights.
Familiarity with shipment lifecycle, commercial funnels, customer segmentation, SLA/OTD, and profitability metrics is a plus.
