About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Enterprise Software Support Specialist to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data submitted to the TTAC system, identify and resolve system discrepancies, and maintain effective communication with internal departments and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The role contributes to the proper execution of processes related to the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly submit system events related to the supply chain to the TTAC system and ensure the accuracy of submitted data.
Generate daily reports from the company's database and the TTAC system to identify and resolve system errors and resubmit corrected events.
Participate in updating master data to be submitted to the TTAC system, as directed by the direct manager.
Collaborate effectively with the Quality Assurance Department and prepare TTAC-related reports required by its team members.
Maintain regular communication with system users and relevant representatives of the Food and Drug Administration.
Prepare reports on TTAC system discrepancies and follow up on their resolution, particularly regarding IRC codes and inventory records.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all information submitted to the TTAC system.
Follow up on and consolidate departmental budget information, monitor budget utilization, and submit budget requirements to the Management Accounting Department.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Familiarity with software solutions commonly used in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries for data retrieval and reporting.
Ability to learn and provide training on relevant software systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with data analysis.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
