• Work closely with other service partners to keep business processes smooth from start to finish, guiding the security team in their daily tasks.
• Report any staffing issues or concerns to site management.
• Carry out security investigations when asked.
• Help train and communicate well with the team.
• Make sure all security incidents are handled and responded to following company security guidelines.
• Be the main contact point for the security team.
• Check on security systems and arrange any needed repairs or maintenance.
• Step in for the Site Security Manager when needed.
• Investigate incidents and write reports as instructed.
• Inspect security guards’ appearance, daily tasks, and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate staff break times.
• Supervise opening and closing routines to make sure they are strictly followed.
• Present a great first impression of the business by looking professional, welcoming visitors, and answering questions quickly and politely—whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
• Support staff well-being and team development.
• Conduct regular site security risk assessments and create mitigation plans to protect people, assets, and operations.
• Support the development of Site Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and act as a key member of the site crisis management team.
• Manage security contractor performance based on agreed KPIs and ensure strict contract compliance.
• Oversee security protocols for logistics and warehouses (inbound/outbound) to prevent inventory loss or theft.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant authorities.
• Propose upgrades for security systems (such as CCTV and access control) and manage the site security budget.
• Oversee and coordinate internal site traffic management, including vehicle movement, parking regulations, and pedestrian safety within the premises.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same or an equivalent position.
• Strong background in corporate security management, risk assessment, and physical security standards.
• Professional English proficiency with strong communication and incident-reporting skills.
• Proven leadership in team management, crisis response, and stakeholder/authority coordination.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with modern security systems (CCTV, Access Control).
