Job Responsibilities:
Collect, record, and update project information in relevant systems to ensure data accuracy and support project control and reporting processes.
Follow up on project implementation progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of information and execution of assigned actions.
Extract and prepare periodic reports and project documentation in accordance with PMO frameworks to support project performance monitoring.
Update standard project management templates, forms, and documentation to ensure consistency and usability across all projects.
Prepare meeting minutes, record decisions, and follow up on the implementation of action items to ensure continuity of activities and proper documentation of project records.
Carry out assigned tasks in accordance with project management processes, procedures, and requirements to ensure compliance with the organization's project governance framework.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or a postgraduate qualification in MBA or Project Management.
Proficiency in traditional and Agile project management methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
Familiarity with project management tools, such as MS Project and Jira.
Completion of military service or exemption from military service is mandatory.
