Job description:
The People & Culture Specialist supports the execution of Human Resources and People & Culture initiatives, with
a focus on employee experience, engagement, organizational culture, and internal communications. The role
works closely with the Human Resources team and internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver initiatives that
strengthen employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and create meaningful employee
experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Coordinate and execute HR initiatives such as employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and culture initiatives across the organization.
• Support the onboarding experience by coordinating communication plans and onboarding activities for new joiners.
• Create, coordinate, and publish internal communication content across various communication channels.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, campaigns, CSR activities, and employee experience initiatives.
• Coordinate employer branding activities and support initiatives that promote Bel as an employer of choice.
• Prepare presentations, communication materials, reports, dashboards, and engagement updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects and events.
• Track project timelines, action plans, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Gather employee feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
• Ensure all communication materials and activities align with Bel's values, culture, and brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or People & Culture roles. Experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
Technical skills: Excellent content writing and communication skills in both Persian and English. Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint), proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with digital communication platforms and graphic design tools is an advantage.
