POSITION SUMMARY
Line Mechanic is Responsible for timely Maintenance & Improvement of Plant equipment, for safe and smooth operation, by reducing related shutdowns and enhancing product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people’s health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.
Major Responsibilities
· Maintain stand-by equipment to make them ready at the time of emergency.
· Work as per hygiene standards, compliance with hygiene work permits & hot work permits wherever applicable.
· Assistance with other sections of the plant regarding Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
· Timely maintenance of equipment for smooth and consistent operation.
· Workshop setting up and cleaning by properly placing equipment and leftover material for future use.
· Maintain the equipment as per the recommendation of condition monitoring.
· Follow up on routine maintenance activities and work orders, and complete them (and TECO).
· To maintain personal tool kit.
· To ensure the hygiene condition of tools as well as the workplace.
· Troubleshoot and make the equipment in operation as soon as possible.
· Update the information regarding equipment efficiency and spares in the technical store.
· The job holder is responsible for the practical implementation of process description activities based on Nestlé Quality Management System objectives & principles, review, and improvement of KPIs.
ARE YOU A FIT?
• Associate degree or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in an engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing Plant.
• English Understanding.
• Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution is an advantage.

خلاصه موقعیت شغلی
مکانیک خط تولید مسئول انجام به موقع فعالیت‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات و بهبود تجهیزات کارخانه است تا از عملکرد ایمن و روان تجهیزات اطمینان حاصل شود، توقف‌های مرتبط با تجهیزات کاهش یابد و کیفیت محصول و عملکرد کارخانه بهبود پیدا کند؛ در حالی که سلامت و ایمنی کارکنان، ایمنی محصول و الزامات زیست محیطی همواره در اولویت بوده و به هیچ عنوان به خطر نیفتند.
مسئولیت‌های اصلی
§ نگهداری و آماده به کاری تجهیزات Stand-by به منظور اطمینان از قابلیت استفاده از آن‌ها در شرایط اضطراری.
§ انجام فعالیت‌ها مطابق با استانداردهای بهداشت و Hygiene و رعایت مجوزهای کار بهداشتی و مجوز کار گرم در موارد مقتضی.
§ همکاری و پشتیبانی از سایر بخش‌های کارخانه در زمینه تعمیرات پیشگیرانه و تعمیرات اصلاحی.
§ انجام به موقع تعمیرات تجهیزات به منظور تضمین عملکرد روان، پایدار و مستمر آن‌ها.
§ راه‌اندازی، سامان دهی و نظافت کارگاه و قرار دادن صحیح تجهیزات و مواد باقی مانده جهت استفاده در آینده.
§ نگهداری و تنظیم تجهیزات مطابق با توصیه‌های حاصل از پایش وضعیت تجهیزات.
§ پیگیری فعالیت‌های روتین تعمیرات و Work Orderها، تکمیل آن‌ها و انجام فرآیند TECO.
§ نگهداری و مراقبت از جعبه/مجموعه ابزار شخصی (Personal Tool Kit).
§ اطمینان از رعایت شرایط بهداشتی ابزارها و محیط کار.
§ عیب یابی تجهیزات و بازگرداندن آن‌ها به وضعیت عملیاتی در کوتاه ترین زمان ممکن.
§ به روزرسانی اطلاعات مربوط به راندمان تجهیزات و قطعات یدکی در انبار فنی.
§ مسئولیت اجرای عملی فعالیت‌های تعریف شده در Process Description بر اساس اهداف و اصول Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS)، همچنین بازبینی و بهبود شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد.
آیا شما گزینه مناسبی هستید؟
· دارای مدرک کاردانی یا کارشناسی مهندسی مکانیک.
· حداقل ۳ تا ۵ سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مهندسی، ترجیحاً در یک کارخانه تولیدی صنایع غذایی.
· توانایی درک زبان انگلیسی.
· آشنایی یا تجربه در زمینه TPM، برنامه ریزی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه و/یا اجرای فعالیت‌های تعمیراتی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
