At Ava Tejarat Saba, we are looking for a Foreign Commercial Supervisor with strong knowledge of foreign purchasing and import procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import-related processes, including order registration, commercial correspondence, shipment documentation and follow-up, foreign currency allocation and procurement, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register, amend, and extend import orders in the relevant systems, including commodity identification codes and source registration.

• Handle internal and external business correspondence with suppliers, service providers, and relevant organizations.

• Follow up on the issuance, review, and completion of shipping documents.

• Coordinate with the customs clearance team to ensure the timely processing of import shipments.

• Follow up on foreign currency allocation and procurement in accordance with applicable procedures.

• Coordinate with foreign suppliers to ensure the timely receipt of required documents and the smooth execution of purchasing and import processes.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure the proper documentation of import transactions.

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve issues and ensure the timely progress of import activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Good knowledge of foreign trade and import procedures.

• Previous experience in importing essential commodities is considered an advantage.

• Full professional proficiency in English, including written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
