At Daria Chem Co, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Specialist to join our expanding Lubricant team. If you enjoy helping your colleagues, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain business opportunities in the lubricant industry.
• Identify potential customers and sales opportunities to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts based on the sales pipeline, market trends, and customer needs.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitors’ activities, and competing products to identify market threats and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and monitor accounts receivable to ensure effective credit control and timely payments.
• Continuously learn about new products, market developments, and business practices to improve sales performance and expand product knowledge.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Good working knowledge of English, with the ability to handle business emails, prepare reports, use CRM/ERP systems, and communicate effectively in routine business discussions.
