خدمت سربازیAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives across multiple business domains and drive the development of scalable digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and translate business needs into impactful product outcomes.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in managing products throughout their lifecycle while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Identify business opportunities and translate them into product initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Lead product discovery activities, including user research, market analysis, and problem validation.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and customer value.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Define product success metrics and monitor performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
- Present product plans, progress, and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and data insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience in complex digital products.
- Proven track record of owning products from discovery to delivery.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap management.
- Experience working with Agile product development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
