Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from intake meetings to offer acceptance (Entry, Junior, Middle level).
Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, and direct outreach.
Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, advise on market conditions, and support consistent selection decisions.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely, transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer discussions and negotiations to support successful placements.
Track recruitment activity and analyze metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and related recruitment tools.
Share relevant labor-market, salary, and competitor insights with stakeholders.
Manage competing priorities while delivering a professional candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role.
Preferably working experience in same scale companies as Maxim locally or international business.
Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Familiarity with structured interviewing methods, including the STAR approach.
Experience using an ATS, HR database, or recruitment automation tools.
Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and use data to improve processes.
Awareness of relevant labor-market trends and salary benchmarks.
