The General Accounting Expert is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording, processing, and control of financial transactions, while supporting payment processes, account reconciliation, expense management, and monthly and year-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Record and process invoices related to services and other cost center expenses.
-Review contracts and process related payments, including third-party, consulting, transportation, insurance, and advance payments.
-Monitor and reconcile accounts related to tax and Social Security Organization (SSO) matters.
-Record monthly and annual provisions, including pensions, bonuses, and employee leave.
-Process export invoices and maintain related documentation.
-Manage advance payments and creditors’ accounts.
-Handle employee clearance and end-of-service-related financial transactions.
-Record and control expenses related to factory and head office operations.
-Support monthly and year-end closing activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
*Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and closing activities.
*Experience in invoice processing, provisions, creditor accounts, tax, SSO, and expense control.
*Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
*Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
*Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
*Experience in an FMCG or multinational environment is an advantage.
