We at Exonyx are looking for a data-driven, strategic, analytical, and hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager. You will be responsible for leading our growth strategies, performance marketing, user lifecycle, and the development of scalable acquisition and retention channels, all while maintaining a holistic view of the entire growth funnel.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product analytics, and rapid experimentation. The ultimate goal is to build a sustainable growth engine, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) in a highly competitive and dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy: Design and execute a growth marketing roadmap aligned with core business objectives.
Rapid Experimentation: Design, prioritize, and run iterative, hypothesis-driven A/B tests across landing pages, acquisition channels, email/push notifications, and in-app messaging to continuously optimize conversion rates.
Performance Marketing: Manage and scale advertising budgets across paid channels (PPC, Display, Social, Affiliate) with a rigorous focus on ROI.
Referral & Engagement: Develop and optimize referral, affiliate, and gamification programs to stimulate organic, word-of-mouth growth.
Product-Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the Product and CRM teams to improve the user onboarding process, reduce “Time to Value,” boost first-trade activation, and minimize churn rates.
Leadership: Lead, set goals for, and mentor members of the growth and marketing teams.
Data Analysis: Regularly monitor trader behavior at different lifecycle stages, analyze cohorts, and extract scaling opportunities from the platform’s transactional data.

Skills & Qualifications:

Growth Frameworks: Mastery of Growth Hacking frameworks and hypothesis-driven testing methodologies.
Campaign Management: Proven experience managing large-scale performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Native, Crypto Ad Networks, Telegram Ads).
Analytical Rigor: Deep proficiency in cohort analysis, funnel analysis, advanced segmentation, and retention modeling.
Industry Expertise: A solid understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, trader psychology, market volatility, and the dynamics of crypto exchanges.
Product Understanding: Strong grasp of product concepts such as Onboarding, UI/UX, and Product-Led Growth (PLG).
Mindset: An inquisitive, experimental spirit; you are not afraid of failure in testing and are hyper-focused on rapid learning.
Decision Making: Ability to make clear, data-backed decisions rather than relying solely on intuition.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for coordinating between marketing, product, data, and technical teams.
Agility: High adaptability to decision-making under pressure and the ability to pivot quickly based on sudden market trends and crypto volatility.

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing and growth, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Background: Proven track record in fintech, neo-banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, or high-scale product-led startups.
