Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic International Account Manager with strong English communication skills to join our team. French language skills are considered a strong advantage. In this role, you will communicate with customers across North America, manage customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth from initial inquiry to order completion through phone calls, emails, and online communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• French language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Comfortable working evening shifts and communicating with North American customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through email, phone calls, and online chat.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with customer service, design, and production teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within company systems.
• Contribute to sales growth and customer retention.
