| Gender: Any Required Experience Year: 2 year Working days: Saturday–Wednesday About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager who is analytical, curious, highly motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of problems from discovery through to measurable outcomes. You will work on large-scale digital products and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business teams to identify opportunities, build solutions, and continuously improve product performance. Responsibilities Own product problems from discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Analyze user behavior, funnels, and product performance using SQL, BigQuery, and other data analytics tools. Identify opportunities through data, user insights, and business context. Define hypotheses, success metrics, requirements, and priorities based on expected impact and business value. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship and continuously improve products. Actively use AI tools to accelerate automation, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and day-to-day product work. Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and learnings clearly and proactively. Requirements At least 2 years of hands-on Product Management experience. Experience working on large-scale digital products with a significant user base or transaction volume. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with data. Ability to go beyond surface-level observations and investigate the root causes of product problems. Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to get hands-on when needed. Hands-on and practical experience using AI tools in your product workflow.
