We’re Hiring: International Procurement Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our international procurement team—someone who can identify reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive terms, and manage overseas purchases from sourcing through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate international suppliers based on pricing, quality, technical requirements, and delivery performance.
• Analyze quotations and total procurement costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and Incoterms.
• Manage purchase orders and follow up on production, payments, and shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to support timely delivery.
• Review procurement and shipping documents and proactively address supply and delivery risks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in international procurement, sourcing, foreign trade, or import operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Familiarity with import procedures, international logistics, customs clearance, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
• Strong negotiation, supplier communication, and Excel skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Familiarity with international payment methods, including TT and LC, is a plus.
