نوع همکاریWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **RF Engineer Internship** to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in radio frequency (RF) network planning, optimization, performance analysis, and automation. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced RF engineers to support network performance improvement projects while developing practical knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing network performance data, including KPIs, drive test results, and other RF performance metrics.
* Support RF network planning activities by performing basic RF link budget calculations and preliminary cell site planning.
* Participate in network optimization activities by identifying potential improvement areas based on network performance analysis.
* Develop and maintain simple Python scripts to automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks.
* Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Python.
* Support engineering documentation and project tracking activities.
* Learn and apply RF engineering principles, mobile network architecture, and optimization methodologies under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects and technical discussions.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (Top 5 University) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ICT Engineering, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of wireless communications, cellular networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G), RF engineering principles, and network optimization concepts.
* Knowledge of Python programming for automation and data analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Good English communication skills, including the ability to understand technical documentation and prepare reports.
* PowerBI, geo location software (QGIS) is a plus.
