Job Summary:


 


Responsible for effectively implementing HR policies, processes, and programs at the business-unit level, including recruitment and selection, learning and development, workforce planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). The role aims to align employee performance and development with organizational strategies while creating value for operational and corporate functions.


 


Key Responsibilities:


 


- Implement learning and development programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and approved Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and provide periodic feedback and follow-up.


- Execute recruitment and selection activities for the assigned business unit in accordance with the recruitment policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Recruitment CoE.


- Plan and coordinate internal and external training programs, covering both technical and general development needs.


- Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data and reports for the assigned business unit, including workforce movements, performance management, training, and other relevant HR metrics.


- Maintain and regularly update the Job Description Repository within the ERP system in accordance with the standards established by the Development CoE.


- Collaborate with the Recruitment CoE to identify and select the most suitable candidates through an efficient and effective recruitment process.


- Work closely with the Learning & Development CoE to support the continuous enhancement of competency models and employee development pathways.


- Support the semi-annual performance management process and analyze performance results in alignment with business requirements.


 


Qualifications & Requirements:


 


- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources


- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, English Language, or related fields


- Language: Proficiency in English


 


Technical Skills & Competencies:


 


- Recruitment Tools & Platforms: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, channels, platforms, recruitment agencies, and job boards.


- Individual Development Plans (IDP): Proficiency in implementing, monitoring, and following up on individual development plans.


- Assessment Tools: Familiarity with candidate assessment methodologies and tools, including Assessment Centers.


- HR Models & Frameworks: Familiarity with contemporary HR models, frameworks, and best practices.


- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and their application throughout the recruitment process.


- Learning & Development: Strong knowledge of the end-to-end learning and development process, including Training Needs Analysis, planning, implementation, and training effectiveness evaluation.


- Job Analysis & Description: Proficiency in job analysis and developing and maintaining Job Descriptions.


- Interviewing Techniques: Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques and the ability to effectively assess candidates using structured interview methodologies.

Dana Energy was established in 2000 in Tehran, as a privately held company with the main purpose of providing service to upstream oil and gas projects. The company started its first seismic project and service provision for Iran's upstream sector in 2002. In 2003, they embarked on seismic services in Iran's south western oil fields. In 2006, the company got involved in the execution of drilling projects and the provision of rig and drilling services.

Their onshore drilling services and rig lease began in 2007. Dana Energy was awarded drilling contracts in 2008 for 22 wells in Phases 15&16 of South Pars, and in 2011 drilled another 22 wells in phases 17&18. A year later, the first international experience was carried out by fulfilling two seismic projects in Pakistan. In 2013, petroleum products trading commenced and in 2015, the new corporate governance model was launched. In 2016, Dana Energy qualified as an Iranian E&P company.

In 2015, Dana Energy went through a restructuring where the business went from a holding to a corporate structure, unifying all of its divisions and subsidiaries under one brand. The re-branding occurred at the same time to allow the look and feel of the brand to match the new way of the business, which aimed to be more dynamic, streamline and efficient.
Dana Energy was the first privately held business to qualify as an E&P company by NIOC in June 2016.
