Alibaba Travels is looking for a Copywriter to partner with the Marketing team on an advisory basis and shape the brand's voice across its channels.

This is a consulting engagement for a creative writer who can move from social scripts to CRM messages to campaign copy with ease. Working closely with the Marketing team, the consultant will craft content that is engaging, on-brand, and built to drive action across Alibaba's ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Create content for Alibaba's social media channels and Alibaba Mag.
• Create marketing automation content (SMS, push notifications, email).
• Handle supporting content for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints and media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio of social, CRM, or campaign content.
• Excellent command of Persian writing, grammar, and editing, with strong storytelling and ideation skills.
• Ability to adapt tone and style across channels (social, CRM, blog, and advertising) and to a defined brand voice and audience persona.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, and workflow efficiency.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines as a consultant.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
