نوع همکاریWe are currently seeking an experienced **Nokia wireless network planning and optimization Engineer** to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Nokia wireless technologies, network optimization, and performance improvement, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and provide effective technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct comprehensive coverage, capacity, and user experience evaluations for Nokia 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
* Perform detailed analysis of network performance indicators, including accessibility, retainability, voice quality, mobility, and overall user experience.
* Identify network performance gaps and develop data-driven solutions to enhance network quality and reliability.
* Provide expert technical support by analyzing complex customer requirements and recommending best practices for network optimization.
* Troubleshoot RF-related issues and provide performance improvement solutions.
* Support VoLTE optimization and troubleshooting activities.
* Perform end-to-end service analysis and contribute to target network planning activities.
**Requirements**
* More than 4 years of experience in Nokia network optimization, with proven delivery experience in large-scale projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G network performance monitoring and optimization, including Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Interference, MOS, Throughput, and Utilization KPIs.
* Good understanding of the latest SRAN features and their implementation principles.
* Deep knowledge of 3G/4G/5G parameter configurations and their impact on network performance.
* Strong understanding of E2E service analysis methodologies and network protocols.
* Ability to identify RF technical issues and provide effective optimization strategies.
* Experience in Network Insight tools and target network planning is preferred.
