We are looking for a capable and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play an effective role in identifying and attracting the right talent for specialized and key positions within the organization through professional recruitment processes, accurate candidate assessment, and providing expert recruitment consultation to managers.
In this role, in addition to independently managing the recruitment process, you will be responsible for developing talent sourcing channels, actively searching for talent, analyzing the job market, monitoring recruitment metrics, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the full recruitment cycle for specialized, key, and hard-to-fill positions, from receiving recruitment requests to extending job offers.
Review and analyze job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to accurately define requirements and selection criteria.
Identify and assess candidates through sourcing, active search, and professional screening.
Conduct technical and competency-based interviews and utilize approved assessment tools and methodologies.
Analyze assessment results and provide professional summaries and recommendations to hiring managers for decision-making.
Provide expert recruitment consultation to Hiring Managers on sourcing strategies, assessment criteria, and candidate selection.
Identify, develop, and evaluate talent sourcing channels and networks, and create and maintain Talent Pools for specialized and key positions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels and methods and provide data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvement projects and increasing the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management (particularly Human Resources Management) or other related fields.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in recruiting for specialized and key positions.
Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
Familiarity with job search tools and platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
