Track A: EU Market Collaboration (Proxy Policy)
Salary range after securing the job: $2,000–$2,500/month
Proxy Policy & Work Process
This position follows a proxy participation framework due to EU market compliance requirements and international restrictions.
You will attend client interviews using a provided real identity profile to secure a job opportunity.
During the interview process, you do not need to be available according to the EU timezone. However, after successfully securing a position, you will be required to follow the client's working hours and maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection for daily collaboration.
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+) for technical discussions with international teams.
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Python.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with modern backend architectures.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and building scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, web security, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team.
