Senior Marine Personnel Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marine Personnel Recruiter to join one of our valued clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified seafarers, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, and supporting efficient crew planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified seafarers in line with client and vessel owner requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening, headhunting, and reference checks.
- Verify crew certifications and ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, Flag State, and owner requirements.
- Coordinate crew joining formalities and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marine crew recruitment or maritime recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of crewing regulations, STCW, MLC, Flag State requirements, and seafarer certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous seagoing experience (e.g., Second Mate, Chief Officer, Marine Engineer, or a similar rank) will be considered a strong advantage.
